5900x on B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Low All Core Clock

Hi Minos,
Thanks for the post it seems to fix the crashes I had with 5900x msi b450 gaming pro carbon in cinebench r23, was mostly crashing as soon as I started multicore test to a blackscreen with cpu debug light. Just like @frankvanzutphen.

However it seems my all core boost is low compared to others, only boosts to 4.086 all core in cinebecnh r23.here is an image

Temps seem fine, not sure if there is anything I can increase to make it boost higher.

Looks like your Power Limited you will need to change that in the bios
Set to 200 for all three should give you plenty of power then set CPU Platform Thermal Limit to a max of 90c

Thanks I increased these in Ryzen Master and it seems to have increased my all core boost as well getting 4.23 now. Although ryzen master doesn't allow me to input such high values.

You need to set in BIOS first as Ryzen Master is limited by what is set in the bios for Power.
