60 Hz limit on my GF3

I have a MSI GeForce 3 Ti200 video card. Why does my framerate on games like Quake max out at 60 Hz? I am sure it can go higher. I have also heard of this problem before, and that there is a simple way of correcting it.

I'm presuming here that you have maybe Win2000 or XP and that the refresh rate of the card/monitor is set at 60hz and you have Vsync enabled in Opengl.

Nvrefresh tool can solve the problem of refresh rates in Win2000 and XP
Geforce Tweek Utility (below 29.60) or Riva Tuner can be used to disable Vsync and use set framebuffers.
