Ok so I was finally able to sign up and get to the download link..but what do I do? Save it into a USB drive then flash it, or is there the ability to flash it in windows, or do I open it, then save it into a USB drive. I am so confused. 

It turned out that V1.3 doesn't support core unlock, so I am in need of this BIOS.

Uhm. Thats a little complext. Could you tell me if I got the BIOS info on the USB stick. I clicked the BIOS link, opened it with winrar, and excuted the file to my USB drive.

No, it is not.  Take the time to read the user guide.  It is not complicated.  If there is something you do not understand, ask to the point!  Nobody is going to reproduce a guide that already exits here, especially if you obviously haven't taken the time to even read it yet.

The Bios your looking at is a Beta Bios. It does not guarantee an unlock ability. Some, such as mine, do not unlock. There is a 1.45 out also.
