790GX-G65 bios for unlock the 4th core in Phenom II X3 720BE

i manage to unlock the 4th core when using 1.5 bios version with standard heatsink..after changing my heatsink to Zalman Cnps 9700 NT, it only operates with 3 core.. i using bios 4.0 now. i try enabling acc and unlock cpu..but nothing happen! help me..

Amd Phenom II X3 720BE, Socket AM3(938),codename Heka, bios ami 4.0

yes i did sir..several time.. but it still cant unlock th 4th core.
