I also found various problems with the BIOS version 1.63 Beta (previously with 1.61 BETA it was still okay) for MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI:
1. AMD Ryzen Master 220.127.116.118 shows implausible limits (0 °C with limitation 0 °C temperature; 0 W PPT)
2. ZenTimings 1.2.3 starts with the error message "Could not get power table. Skipping power table."
3. HWiNFO64 v7.03-4450 shows significantly fewer CPU values with BIOS 1.63 Beta, including no limits (see last screenshot under BIOS 1.50 for comparison)
PS: I had already reported this in the German-speaking MSI forum last Monday, but got no response up until now.

I didn't do anything like that. But after a simple "Restore defaults" and again manually setting my preferred values in the BETA BIOS 1.63 (this time in two steps, but without a difference) the errors described in Ryzen Master, Zen Timings and HWiNFO have all disappeared.
I usually do "Restore defaults" before an update. I don't know why that worked now. Anyway, now I am waiting for the final version.
I had the same restart issue with 7C84v163(Beta version). I went back to the previous bios and all's well.
