845E MAX2 - doesn't run with pc2700 DDR RAM

Hi ... i'm working on this board (845E Max2) and it doesn't run DDR PC 2700 - and i do not understand why!

seen anything like that before? - usually these boards run pc2700 fine!
- pc2100: no problem.....

I've updated bios - didn't help!

Does the BIOS DRAM frequency say 333 Mhz?
If it does, maybe you need some more memory voltage
if it doesnt, choose the correct FSB : Memory ratio so that it does

Hmm... well.... i get no picture on the monitor ... therefore i cannot see if the frequency is right...

Does it work with the PC2700 set to PC2100 or does it fail with this RAM all together?

What model is this PC2700 RAM and did you try another?
