970A-G43 cannot make it past first screen on boot up!

The first screen that  lists amount of ram and connected hardrives and processor and says "pres DEL to enter setup menu, F11 to enter boot menu" is the only thing that appears on screen, it seems to be stuck. I have reset the CMOS, moved ram, run it out of the case, idk what to do anymore, help!

what keyboard and mouse you are using?

have you tried to disconnect everything which is not required to boot?

Yes, I'm using a logitech classic keyboard 200, no mouse. I have also tried to use a ps2 keyboard, to no avail. As of right now, I have the system completely out of the case and stripped down to nothing but the CPU, fan, 1 stick ofof ram, and the graphics card.

try press and spam "TAB" key immediately after turn on the computer to remove the boot logo
then see what is written on the screen when its hangs

leave it for longer period of time, say 20minutes
soon or later should give some error or to proceed ahead
