I contacted the MSI branch in Poland and they informed me that I had to return the entire power supply to the store ( x-kom )for complaints. Also, I can't use the pc at all now, even on the integrated card. This is how it looks.

That is indeed the case in Europe, unfortunately.
Though I don't exactly see how sending a customer a new cable is worse solution from getting the entire product shipped back, then inspected, fixing/replacing the cable, and shipping it back to the customer. Shipping fees certainly exceed the cable value.. sigh..
