A helping hand

Hello i know that this is a long shot but is there anyone that can help my nephew who has cerbal palsy and is stuck in a wheel chair 24 hours a day has had a 1650 gpu for a long time now and it has went out msi says that they can help but is there anyone that can possibly fix it for us for pretty cheap im not looking for a hand out but we can not afford a new pc or gpu at full price just seeing if there is anyone that might be able to troubleshoot or possibly fix the issue.
