A2 Error when restarting Z97 Gaming 5

I always get this error every time i restart or shut down my pc then turn it back on.
I always have to change the sata slot when the error occurs so i can make it boot in the windows.
Is it my hdd problem or the motherboard ?
How can i fix it ?

and what storage you are using
and have you done >>Clear CMOS Guide<< with power cord removed?

Current bios is 1.80 (Cant seem to find a newer one on MSI Live Update 6)
Nope,i never tried to clear the cmos.

Try flash to the previous bios version 1.7 ?

there is a new bios 1.9 already in MSI Website, try to update your bios first.
