A520M-A PRO + RX 9060 now hitting sleep just shuts down the PC

So I installed brand new RX 9060 XT GPU and changed my PSU to a Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 for my MSi A520M-A PRO board
Now, when the PC naturally goes into sleep mode or when I manually put it into sleep mode it just shuts down and when trying to revive it it does nothing and has to be force quit and started from off. And now after every boot up my Fiio DAC becomes unseen, so have to unplug and then plug it in again.
I've tried everything I can think of in power options, and bios settings, all drivers up to date, windows up to date, latest bios as well. Tried all solutions I can find on the web even ones not related.
Everything was working fine until I installed the GPU, anyone got any ideas?

The onboard AMD Radeon Graphics are disabled in device manager

ASPM Control for CPU PCIe - disabled

Raedon RX 9060 XT 16GB
Cooler Master MWE Gold 750
Windows 11 Pro 25H2
2 BenQ monitors
Both BenQ monitors have sound disabled and connected with DV cables

I only got Auto Gen 1 Gen 2 and Gen 3
same for the Chipset Gen Switch
havent changed anything yet
instructions?

set to Gen 3 it makes no difference, still reboots instead of resuming from sleep
but didnt have to force quit the PC
also a definite click when going into sleep/shutdown mode which I dont remember from before new card was installed
but looks like I dont have to unplug/replug my DAC after booting up

set it back to auto and I can connect through steam to xbox gaming again

so unfortunately that just makes it restart straight away

so put them back to disabled

now that is weird I unplugged both monitors and plugged my main one into the onboard AMD Radeon Graphics port
and the same thing happened - no sleep just shutdown
I find it weird that it only happened when I installed the new 9060 card

If I recall, Sleep never worked correctly for me with a Radeon GPU installed
