Account locked

Hi,

My main account is locked with no reason. I have tried to asked for help from support menu but there is not even any title to ask question about account problems. And nobody is asnwering my problem also. I've registered to laptop bundle and cannot use it now for no reason. Also, cannot login to dragon center. Is there any way to reach someone to solve the problem?
