So, I bought this laptop two years ago in Amazon, i got it with no ssd and now I want to buy a 512 gb SSD to improve the speed of it. I was looking at the Gigabyte ud pro series sata ssd. But I'm not a really informed guy, so my question is. Will this ssd fit in my computer? Or will I be able to connect it? or is there a special ssd that I should buy else it won't fit my laptop?

I don't know how to answer that, however, I have tried to add an m.2 ssd nvme to use as my boot drive.  I have not updated the bios (as I cannot find the update file on the site), but I cannot see the drive in bios.  I can however, see the drive in Windows without any issue.  If I had the bios update, I could check.  I think on the site, and if you internet search, you can find a way where the bios update can be reversed.  Short of calling support, that is the only thing I have seen.  Some users on reddit may have encountered this issue.  I have posted there but since I only did this recently, I have not heard back from anyone. Good luck.
