Hello, I've followed all of the instructions exactly as they are listed here;
My problem, is when I'm in the flash menu, when I select the new BIOS it asks me "Are you sure? Selected BIOS file won't be able to support Celeron G5920/G5900/G5900T processors." I hit Yes, and then it says "For providing better BIOS functionality and quality, the system will not allow to restore BIOS with older version after flashing this target BIOS." I hit okay and... nothing. No progress bar, no update, nothing. BIOS is still .2A1. Any help on what I'm doing wrong?
I have same issue on Aegis RS 10TE-058US can you PM me the fix, thanka.Check PM
How do we do it? Can you post or PM me your resolve, thanks, much appreciated.OEM boards can now be unlocked! I've found you could now upgrade BIOS the traditional way, using the regular MSI Z490-A PRO BIOS update file! The trick for some odd reason - for us OEM board holders - is to upgrade our bios the way that SVET tells you to via DM. After that is upgraded to the 10/25/21 OEM BIOS, you can now download the regular Z490-A PRO motherboard BIOS updates from the MSI website and upgrade like your card was meant to do! I just tried it yesterday, randomly, and had success. Just thought I'd share that I think we've found the workaround for OEM motherboards to now be unlocked. I then overclocked as normal without issue!
