Hello,
I am using the MSI Pro H610M-E DDR4 (MS-7D48) motherboard with an Intel processor.

Today, after updating the BIOS via the MSI support section without using a USB, my headset and microphone stopped being recognized.

I have tried things like disabling and enabling HD Audio in the BIOS, resetting to default settings, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but none of these worked.

I believe I need to downgrade my BIOS version, but I don’t know how to do it with a USB.

I’ve seen some posts where the support team provided USB-less beta versions for similar situations.

When I try to downgrade via the support section by clicking "download," it says I’m already up to date.

Can you please help me?

My current BIOS version is 16.1.32.2473.

To downgrade your BIOS, you may need to use a USB drive and BIOS M-Flash. There are YouTube videos to help you learn how to use M-Flash. Your MB User manual also provides a guide to use M-Flash in BIOS.
AMI BIOS 7D48vAJ is the current BIOS for the retail MB. 16.1.32.2473 is not a BIOS version for a retail MSI MB.
Hope this helps.
