After the X870E CARBON WIFI BIOS update, the Ryzen 9900x CPU frequency decreased

I was very pleased with my MSI motherboard until today. I set Pbo and Thermal Limits.
Before the BIOS update, I added my BIOS settings below. Processor speed constant 5.625MHz, RAM 6000MHz 30-40-40-40-40-76, NOCTUA NHU-14S Double Fan. IGAME RTX 4080 WF Ultra OC
PPT 130W
TDC 105a
EDC 160a

Pbo -10

Curve shaper:
Low 12
Mid -15
High -15
PBO Scalar 10x

Memory speed 6000MHz CL30 30-40-40-40-76 32GB.
The 9900X processor was working at 5,625MHz frequency. Even in multiple core processes, there was a working frequency of 5,625MHz. His speed was not falling. The temperature was also 91 degrees. Now both speed is falling. The temperature is increasing. 95 degrees max temperature is seen.

Now the situation is bad. Multi-core velocity is 5.100MHz, single core speed is variable between .5100-5.600.

Very clearly, after the BIOS update, my processor performance fell. I tried a lot of settings. I closed Thermal limits. I activated the 170W mode. Nevertheless, I can't get 5.6GHz fixed speed.
Is there a solution to this? I think the processor security update was made. Because of him, performance fell. My cooling is not bad. NocTua NH-U 14S Double Fan. My safe is Lian Lancool 216 2x160mm front, 2x140mm top, 1x140mm rear fans. My power supply is also MSI A850G
My screen card RTX4080 IGAME Ultra WF OC.

Or I guess not everyone monitors forum 24x7 with 5 minute SLO.
With 95C you won't get max performance out of your CPU. I maintain 60C under full load on my overclocked 7600X. And these CPUs are easy to cool, so either your CPU cooler is incorrectly mounted or chassis airflow is very poor.

My cooling was attached to it. Thermal paste was also asleep in the decision.
The processor works at a speed of 5.6GHz until the BIOS update, and works between 5.1 - 5.3 GHz after the update.

There is no user -based problem here. There is a problem with manufacturers. The solution is also a new update. I didn't know if there was another solution.

The CPU speed takes a hit when these "security" patches are applied. It is completely normal, and impacts ALL systems, regardless of vendor source, when it is applied.
AFAIK, there are no exceptions to this degradation. Small (-2%), but still a hit.

AMD are responsible for the performance loss,s not MSI.
I suggest you go back to the previous Bios if the performance was better.
A lot of the security updates have no bearing on Most home users, as if your system is under attack by some of the latest threats, then it is no longer in your home but has been stolen

I returned to the previous version. Still, he didn't notice. I think the CPU firmware updated with the BIOS update and this update cannot be recovered. It can be a layer update.

Now I did a different process.
RAM timing: tight
RAM speed: 6000MHz
RAM TIMES: 30-40-40-76
Pbo is open.

Curve Shaper
Min: 30
Low: 30
Mid: 30
High: 20
Max: 12

CPU SCAR: 10X
Boost: 200mhz
SVM: disabled
Global C: Over -Transfer

Fan speeds up to 60 degrees 40.
Currently the processor is 55 degrees.
The speeds are around 5,6GHz in each core. 50 up 50 down.

MSI (and all vendors) are obliged by their AMD contracts to comply with AMD BIOS updates. This is not new. It has been going on for decades now.
What is new is that more negative discussions are being directed at the newer (and most popular) CPU AGESA updates on CPUs like the 9800X3D.

I am using the 9950X3D on an MSI X870E Edge and the only issues I am having are small, and should actually have never been issues at all. (SLEEP / WAKE and FAN CURVE settings in BIOS being overridden by MSI Center software).

Computers are becoming more and more complex, and so are the problems and solutions to keep them resolved.

Should we upgrade to the new Bios 7E59v1A4 if we are on 7E59v1A33?
