After update BIOS on MSI MAG Mortar B460 to 7C82v191 TPM broke

After updating to BIOS version 7C82v19 on MAG B460M Mortar, TPM/fTPM appears enabled in BIOS but Windows no longer detects TPM 2.0.
tpm.msc shows “Compatible TPM cannot be found”.
Secure Boot and UEFI are correctly configured.
Downgrading back to BIOS v18 restores TPM functionality immediately.

Also what Windows installation version you use?
When booting from Windows Installation USB key,
press Shift+F10 open the Command Prompt and type "ver" to display it
Example:
Windows 11 (26200.8246)
