After updating to MSI Center 2.0.59.0, the S280 is not recognized.

Hi,
When I select "Open Coreliquid" from the feature set in MSI Center (Japanese version), I am redirected to the Live update page.
Why?

What other USB devices are connected to your PC?
Could you use the MSI Collect Log tool to generate log file and share it here?

Thank you for your reply.
When I try to upload the entire zip file, I get an error saying it's too large.
I've submitted a ticket to customer support just in case.

I solved it myself (following customer support instructions).
I deleted it using the Clean Center Master tool.
After removing the external USB hub and reinstalling it, it started up fine.
Maybe the device after the USB hub was causing the problem.
