Afterburner install error

I went to the official MSI website to download afterburner but during install, I get a 0xc0150004 error saying “this application is unable to start correctly.” I ran through all the troubleshooting to fix this type of error but I still got it when I tried to redownload. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

I had tried updating windows, I used the DISM /Online /Image-cleanup /CheckHealth, and did a clean boot. Those did not fix it. Sorry ab the format I am new to this forum.

If problem persist, then do a new fresh OS installation as the issue is some mess in your OS.
