When are the bios coming out with Agesa 1.2.0.8 on x570 motherboards???
All the best.
All the best.
Asrock released for their B450 Pro4 mobos. Gigabyte also released for their B450 Aorus boards.I do hope it's going to be released soon, but from my experience, better wait them to test it thoroughly. Asus seems to be the only manufacturer that release 1208 for certain board (2 month ago)
As all has ready been said we do not know, we will know when you do if you want confidential internal information from MSI I suggest you Ask MSI Support directly. When are agesa 1.2.0.8 bios'es come out for b550 especially the unify x model?
That was it to be honest.I've already asked them about that and they do not know... So, I would like to know where I can find someone resposible that can answwer this question.
See : >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<<Well i rate this: Both ASUS and Gigabyte (sic!) have already realeased their AGESA 1.2.0.8 BIOS and not beta but final ones and MSI still di not release even for top shelf products... Wheres Gigabyte release for most of their boards like AORUS elite v2. Not mentioning Aorus Master. When i was buying Unify X (B550) I was paying premium price also for long term BIOS support. I demand information, WHEN AGESA 1.2.0.8 BIOS will be released for B550 Unify X... And they say Gigabyte is the company that doesn't care...
EDIT: If there will be no information through 1 or 2 weeks my next board won't be MSI, period.
Nope. You are mistaken and You have Your standards. I made my self clear what am I paying for. Top shelf motherboard has to get long term uefi support, period. Also, new BIOSes are released for top shelf boards first as i paid premium price for it. If that is not what MSI offers, that MSI is not proffesionall and is not for me.More like you paid for all the extra bells and whistles on that board and the higher-end parts used
All users of MSI products get the same level of service for any Motherboard they purchase. be it a $100 board or a $1,000 board
Well, I bought top shelf motherboard to also get new bios releases first. Maybe You are right about AMD's implementation but so far I did not have any issue with that. Also, never got any bricking bios from any other company and I ve made more than tens of thousands of upgrades in my life (i run a computer service shop) so please, stop excusing MSI. If MSI is a proffessional company I will see a new bios within 2 weeks max.See : >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<<
Quite honestly, WE don't need your attitude or your rudeness.
No one here has anything to do with the releases of BIOS's. This is the same as complaining and yelling at a store clerk that's just following store procedures, just because you don't like them. Learn some manners. We don't like it either, but being as we are literally just users like you, just like EVERYONE on this forum, no one will have any idea and continually complaining about it isn't going to solve the problem.
As far as other companies, sure. They might have it out. They also released BIOS's that bricked users motherboards before every time it was installed....A quality BIOS takes time, and if I'm honest, AMD's implementation of their system is more to blame than anything else. Constant BIOS updates, spanning too many generations of boards, requires more people and more time to go through and properly update each board now. It puts ALOT more stress and pressure on the OEM's to keep all their various boards/systems up to date. Then add in the fact that AMD is about as good at putting out a good BIOS as NVidia is at releasing an affordable GPU.......and of course there's going to be issues. AMD's got a TON of systemic issues, and anyone analyzing it critically recognizes it......
Last chance. See : >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<<Nope. You are mistaken and You have Your standards. I made my self clear what am I paying for. Well, the only think I'm incapable of is to inform You that i know You cant, but I'm simply arguing with Your flawed justification of MSI's lack of proffesionalism. Or maybe I am wrong and they seem to be cooking up some ultra mega imba BIOS update that will be worth the time. If it is simpyl agesa update then i think if ASUS and Gigabyte can do it fast, MSI also can do it fast. That;s it. I'm not arguing with You and I know that You are not from MSI.Last chance. We're done here. Anything further, and I'll solve the problem simply since you seem incapable of understanding.
We can't do anything for you, and the ONLY people that can are MSI. Go complain to them. This isn't the place for it, if that hasn't set in yet..... See : >>How to contact MSI.<<
