AGP problems

My friend just installed a gf4 4400 on my computer. It seems to be working fine, except it's maxed out at 60fps. I clicked on display properties and checked out MSI info. Under APG information, nothing is checked and it won't let me put it to 4X APG. ANy idea how I can unlock this so I can try to change the APG settings?

I don't have a MSI video card, but the 60 fps is itrelated to the Vsync marked as on? I mean, what happens if running a benchmark like 3D Mark? Still no fps over the 60 limit? If this is so, that means that the problem is not related to Vsync, because the benchmark uses this as off.

on my ti4600 you cant change the agp setting in windows properties, you have to go into bios and change it. Might be the same for you.
