Curious about the fan-speed control via MSI Center (see attached).
When set to Auto, I've never seen/heard the Ai1300 fan turn on; while watching the MSI Center with it set to Auto, and I've not seen any activity.
Out of concern, I've set this to Customized ~30% (though it's audibly noticeable on any setting above that).
Is it possible that it's NOT spinning at all due to low power req's / internal temp's? Should I just leave it on Auto?

most Modern PSU's set there Fan to not spin at all till its really needed till typically its pulling above 40% its max capacity (Typically 40%-60%) for a 1300W PSU that is around 520W-780W and then it may start to ramp up so unless your hitting it hard its not really going to ever turn on.

just leave it on auto it will be fine.

just out of curiosity what is the PC its attached to using Hardware wise?

OK, thanks!
This one's on the Z790Ace + 13900k + TeamGroup 7200 + 4090 Gaming Trio, though I still need to tune it up a touch.

Took a couple screenshots while running NewWorld

yeah its way Below where it even needs the Fan in your screenshot its only hitting around 27% power Usage so no wounder its not even spinning up as its in the area the Voltage Regulators will be not much above ambient Temp. unless you where hitting your CPU, RAM and GPU with Stress tests all at the same time I would not expect the Fan to Ever kick in.

I would be supprised if that fan ever turns on as you would need to be really hammering it on Power draw to hit 70c
