All new windows suddenly appearing maximized

I have a Claw 8 AI+ with Windows 11 25H2 all up-to date. A little while ago (maybe a few weeks, I can't remember) it suddenly decided that every window I open needs to be maximized. This has been a huge headache, especially with applications that don't really support maximized windows very well. I've spent a couple hours now digging through suggestions on how to fix this, none of which work and a few just aren't applicable (like the Settings -> System -> Tablet options which are just missing). I normally use Handheld Companion because Center M is jank, but even removing that hasn't helped.

I'm in IT and have used Windows for over 25 years, but I've never seen this happen before and all my other PCs are fine. I found one Reddit thread from a week ago of someone with the same issue on a Claw, but he never got a solution. Anyone know what might be up?

Ahh, that timing would make sense actually. Weird I hadn't seen it referenced in more places cause this must be affecting every Windows handheld owner. Alright, I'll wait for a fix then. Cheers!
