AMD B450M PRO-VDH MAX and old SEAGATE VIDEO 3.5 (ST3500312CS) SATA compatibility?

Hi, I recently purchased a pre-build with the AMD B450M PRO-VDH MAX motherboard. Would i be able to connect an old SEAGATE VIDEO 3.5 (ST3500312CS) SATA?

It should work as SATA is backwards compatible
