These are the memory configs & speeds guaranteed by AMD for their Ryzen 1XXX CPUs:
1866 MHz for 4 DIMMs in dual channel and dual rank.
2133 MHz for 4 DIMMs in dual channel and single rank.
2400 MHz for 2 DIMMs in dual channel and dual rank.
2666 MHz for 2 DIMMs in dual channel and single rank.

Anything above that is gambling.

Update 2020:

The max memory speed (guaranteed) for Ryzen 1XXX is 2666MHz.
The max memory speed (guaranteed) for Ryzen 2XXX is 2933MHz.
The max memory speed (guaranteed) for Ryzen 3XXX is 3200MHz.
But those speeds are guaranteed only in case of 2 single-rank modules.
In case of dual-rank modules or 4 memory modules everything is degraded with 266MHz (at least).
Of course, overclocking and overvolting combined with a bit of luck (high quality CPU) can lead to higher speeds.
But again, nothing is guaranteed.

Ι tryed to used them supperate and both worked. Right now i have got 4 rams 8bg and the pc uses 16gb of 32 gb!
Well that's interesting, I was hoping it wouldn't boot with only one ram stick used in total. That would of been clear, that either b side or the a side was faulty. But since one stick of ram works on both sides, not sure now. Last ram configuration to try would be a1 and a2 only. Then b1 and b2 only.

Can somebody explain me how when there is only one ram at my pc it works like the photo and when i put the second one it's getting reserved?

Does anyone know what happened with the memory support page on B450 Pro Carbon? Yesterday I was checking which ram is compatible with my motherboard and there were so many kits and today there are only a handfull of memories that are compatible with a maximum supported speed of 2666 mhz.
What the hell happened with the rest? There were supported memories above 4000 mhz, now nothing.

Probably a typical loss of data or connection. It'll come back eventually.
Also have you tried using different region? That often is different too.

And your CPU is ... ???
Right now there are over 100 entries above 4000MHz for "Memory by RX-3X00":

Я знаю, что некоторые х470 материнские платы (в частности X470 GAMING PLUS MAX) поддерживают процессоры АМД RYZEN 5 5600G. А вот поддерживается-ли ОЗУ со скоростью более 3000? К примеру вот patriot viper steel pvs416g440c9k со скоростью 4400?

I know that some x470 motherboards (specifically X470 GAMING PLUS MAX) support AMD RYZEN 5 5600G processors. But is RAM with a speed of more than 3000 supported? For example, here is a patriot viper steel pvs416g440c9k with a speed of 4400?

The memory speeds for Ryzen 5xxxG are similar with those for 3xxxG.
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X470-GAMING-PLUS-MAX/support#support-mem-18
As you can see, the max memory speed for Ryzen 3xxxG is 3466MHz (with 2 modules only).
Only the "non G" CPUs (some of them) are capable of 4400MHz for memory.
Also, keep in mind that any memory speed above 3200 is not guaranteed by AMD.

Unfortunately the parameters on this information are super outdated. I believe that the new AGESA makes this possible, but MSI itself has not updated the information table for the manboard since 2018. Contact MSI support and ask them for more information.
Buying memories that aren't compatible is not only an adventure, it's also a waste of money.
Better to go within the compatibility matrix and not have a headache.
