Hi, i would like to say that im a happy new owner of a Claw 8 ai+, but unfortunately im not. 2 days after buying it shutdown while playing and i took me hours trying to turn it on again. Did EC Reset as proposed, disconected the battery and after so many tries and asumming it was dead, 2 days after the shutdown it started again... just to die again after a day. To this date it has been imposible to turn it on. Please msi I dont want to have an expensive paper weight, is there a way to service the claw from latin america?
