Any way to save a Mystic Light preset?

MSI Center keeps failing to load my MSI profiles after the PC comes out of sleep mode, so everytime I have no RGB on. I go into MSI Center > Mystic Light settings and see that all my settings have been reset. Every time. I'm not asking to fix it and make MSI Center load correctly after it, but can I at least save my profiles somehow? I'm fed up with constanly resetting every lightim my system after each waling up.

v2.0.52.0 - same problems. Seems like MSI is simply ignoring the issue or doesn't know how to fix it. Started my PC just now to find out my RGB are all off except for one. It happens once in a while, don't know the pattern

how many LED is on the LED device from ARGB_V2_1? I know it can cause problem if too many LED.
It's kinda weird that it only happens once in a while, sound like the software crashes for some reason instead of having a bug in it.
can you share log file?
https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/MSI-Collect-Log-Tool.zip
JRGB1 empty, don't have any 12v RGBs. 2_2 is my AIO (it's a single-pin proprietary interface by DeepCool), 2_1 - are my daisy-chained Arctic P14 ARGB PST 0dB
Here's a log.
As for it being a bug or not - if I don't use Mystic Light, I never have any problems with RGB going off. Never. It only happens if I set custom RGB schemes like I did in the screenshot below (any variant, not exactly this one I'm using now)

I went into the program settings, turned on the “always update” function, something was updated (the version remained 2.0.52.0), Mystic Light settings were reset, I set my settings again, rebooted and everything worked.

@AndyTheGreat Just out of curiosity, when the settings are reset, if you turn off and on the main Mystic Light button, would the LED comes back normal?

Hi, plutomate, the lights work perfectly and never go off after PC restarts or waking ups when Mystic light is turned off or MSI Center is unloaded from the autostart. It certainly is a software issue. Turning it on and then off sometimes solves the problem but not always. I'll test it more, bus so far I can fix it by applying an empty profile and then back - my saved one

The reason i'm suggesting to turn off and on mystic light when LED fails after you resume from sleep is because that button should re-initialize the whole LED configuration.
Which means the software should re-apply the profile once again which is similar to applying empty profile and come back.

SignalRGB is your friend
If you like handing away 5% (minimum of your CPU processing power), and that's even on their new lite option.
It's a really nice app, but it has become far too 'heavy'.

MSI should be our friends.....how many more years of insulting indifference must they subject loyal customers to?
They need to replace the high school kid making this software.

Just bumping this in case anyone from MSI actually reads it and says "hey, ya know it's pretty awful that our customers have been having issues with something as simple as this/letting them export their profile and import after update - we should maybe fix it?"

This is a simple fix and MSI should be able to implement it so easily. I'm sick and tired of re-configuring my settings everytime the app updates. How hard is to read/write from a user.config file?.

There was an update to Mystic Light today aaaand all profiles gone again. This is so annoying.
First things first. Yesterday / today I decided to update my Windows installation from 23H2 to 24H2 (planned but got 25H2). Because this update needed hours to finish I played a bit around with the MSI Center. Mystic Light was updatet to version 3.0.24 but my profile was not touched. And it was never touched since I configured it. It works flawless under Windows 10 / 11 and Linux.

The thing is that Mystic Light saves the profiles. On my Windows 11 system I can find them under: C:\MSI\MSI Center\Mystic Light\Profile.
Code:
ML3.cfg
Profile_1.cfg
Profile_2.cfg
Profile_

The profiles are written in plain text files like this:

I don´t know why the software developers by MSI aren't able to program a routine which can save this files to another directory and load again them if the user wishes to do this.

Have a nice day.
