Any way to underclock or undervolt MSI Titan CPU?

My laptop has been restarting randomly lately and I think it might be an overheating issue. I was recommended to underclock or undervolt the CPU, as that's what is getting hot. Is there any way to do this? MSI Titan 18 HX 2024

Well you can try setting it in the BIOS, if it will not stick, then do as in the PM I sent you!
But I would recommend also to clean out your fans, I clean mine with compressed air every 6 months,
I also always use a laptop stand, on all my gaming laptops, some will prefer laptop coolers,
for an extra few degrees of cooling.

It reaches like 95+ degrees sometimes. It seems to happen randomly, I could be gaming or I could not use it for an hour (but still have it on) and then it restarts. Software open at restart is Steam, FxSound, Phone Link, Virtual Desktop, and REAL.exe audio which reduces audio lag.
