Anyone else have issues with their Katana 15 B13V?

Hey! I got the Katana 15 B13V around August of 2025 and... it's been having some major issues.

Shortly after getting it it had issues with freezing. I mean like, "can't-mute-the screeching-sound-coming-from-it" freezing. "Hold-down-the-power-button-to-reboot-the whole-thing" freezing.
I could deal with that well enough, but now the trackpad has just stopped working. I literally cannot use this thing. Was this a bad option? I know I should have done research, but I was actively in the store shopping for a computer. I didn't think it would be a fake or a scam when I'm getting it right there at a Walmart! What's going on???
 
For the trackpad issue, get into BIOS and check if the trackpad works properly or not.
If it works in BIOS, then it is a software issue that you can try to uninstall and reinstall the driver to solve the problem.
If it is not working in BIOS, then it is obviously a hardware issue. You can try to do EC reset.
