Anyone know why MSI downgraded their supplied Qualcomm BT drivers?

I saw there was a "new" post on my motherboard's support page for the BT drivers (x870E Wifi Carbon for me, but also the x870 Tomahawk models too) that replaces my drivers with one from 21/MAY/2024 (3.1.0.1262). The ones I had previously downloaded are 2/DEC/2024 (3.1.0.1407). Any particular reason for the upgrade? Was there an issue with the drivers?
The Qualcomm WiFi drivers posted are newer, however: 27/JAN/2025 (3.1.0.1430) vs. previous 12/AUG/2024 (3.1.0.1323).

This [***CENSORED***] board have stutters issues tied to its LAN ports, Wifi and BT, they're aware of it and unable to properly fix it. If you've never run into those issues then you have a golden sample of this crap board lol no need to downgrade if you haven't run into issues.

Check my post for more info about the stutter/hiccups: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...fix-no-matter-what-i-try.412954/#post-2339562

I had pretty bad stutters with the 10.73 LAN drivers, but not the wifi or BT. Was unaware those were also causing problems
Running the 10.74 LAN drivers fixed most of the problems I was having, but RAM timings have always been slow. Upgrading the CPU to a 9950x3d (from a first-run of a 9800x3d) fixed a lot of the rest, including a significant boost to RAM performance.
O have two of these boards, and both had 9800x3d's on them with similar issues.
ASUS posted newer Qualcomm Wireless and BT drivers on their mid-line x870 boards, I picked those up and they also seem to run well for me without introducing interference.
They spent months with the 10.73 LAN drivers posted as the official....
