Are really ALL BIOS settings save in "OC Profile" save? Save to USB flash drive file?

For my mainboard MSI Pro B660M-A the BIOS offers a section "OC profiles" where I can save a profile.

However the wording is somehow confusing.

If I save a profile here will only OC (=OVERCLOCKING) BIOS parameter values (e.g. for CPU and RAM) be saved or really ALL BIOS parameter values?

Can I save such a profile somehow to file on USB flash drive?

All the BIOS settings could be saved with BIOS OC Profile function.
