ARGB not working - MSI PRO B850M-A Wifi PZ Motherboard and MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ Case

I have an MSI PRO B850M-A Wifi PZ Motherboard and an MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ Case. I have connected everything up as per the manuals. Everything works OK and windows boots as expected. The fans in the case all run and the leds light up and cycle through a pattern. The ARGB connector from the control panel has been connected to each of the JARGB motherboard connectors in turn (powering off before swapping it over) however Mystic Light and Signal RGB (with the MSI addin installed) both fail to make any changes to the lighting.
All firmware, bios and application updates are latest versions as of the date of posting.
I am completely at a loss, so any help is much appreciated. All I want to do is turn all the LEDS in the fans OFF.

MAG PANO 100R PZ manual page 26.
Long press the LED Switch Button for three seconds to give the control back to Mystic Light.

Thanks for the very helpful reply, The 3 second press worked. I didn't make the link between 'sync with the motherboard' and enabling Mystic Light to control the LEDS. The manual could do with being more specific for the less experienced system builder.
