Artifacts and Screen Going Black at 200 Hz on MAG 274QPF E20

I recently purchased a MSI MAG 274QPF E20 monitor to use at high refresh 1440p gaming. However whenever I try to set the refresh rate to 200 Hz (as shown on the box) I get artifacts and black screens every few seconds. I've tested different settings and even bought a higher quality VESA certified Displayport cable to see if that is the issue. Things work fine at 165 Hz but nothing I do changes anything at 200 Hz. Any help?

2.Don't use any adapter. Example: HDMI to DP.

3. Please confirm which graphic card is connected on the monitor in Advanced Display Settings page under settings menu in Windows OS.
To access Advanced Display Settings in Windows 11,
Right-click any empty area on your desktop, select Display Settings, scroll down to the Related settings section, and click Advanced display.

4.I am not suggest connecting the monitor on laptop if you want higher refresh rate.
Maybe it is imitation by laptop.

The monitor is connected by a VESA certified DisplayPort cable, and it is plugged into the GPU, and not the motherboard. The advanced display settings in windows confirmed this as it says it is connected to my RTX 3080. I'm not sure exactly what your 4th question/point is, but The monitor is hooked up to a desktop pc running a Ry zen 5 9600x and a 3080, not a laptop
