The status stay on : "awaiting" ... It's normal ?

It will take time until someone actually processes your transaction. You would think all this was automatic, but unfortunately it is not.

If you don't receive your code in two weeks, you need to create a "web ticket" and someone will look into it. But then again, be ready to wait a week or two before anything happens.

The key is only any good if you have the base game no base game then the key won't work. and if you had the base game you would know where to redeem it

Got the same problem, So i'm waiting for this code too.
There is no thread in web ticket menu to report this sort of problem, just sayin.
Or i miss something...

Hi there!

I know that the ticket system could be way better than it is now. Believe me! I even wrote to them about this few times with:

1) Give us better category pull down menu or give us death!
2) Hire moar staff!1!! Takes too long!
3) Creating web tickets for missing points is silly and generates more work for you. There must be a better way.

Not sure, but I think something has changed. I don't remember seeing categories "Promotion: Game bundle & Hardware bundle" and "Reward Program" earlier.
