Audio not working after flashing bios to newer version

Hello, I have a PRO H610M-E DDR4.

I have updated my Bios to 7D48vAO1 and then had absolutely no audio from my audio jacks, only my Nvidia GPU audio chip is detected. I also checked in Windows Services and it is not running Realtek Audio at all

- I have cleanly uninstalled Realtek Audio in Safe Mode then made a reinstall with the newest Audio Drivers on MSI Website
- I have updated my firmware to match the Bios current version: 16.1.40.2765
- I have double checked in bios that HD Audio Controller is ON
- I have downgraded Bios to 7D48vAA to see if that worked, problem persists.

Is there a fix for this?

Flash back to your old BIOS version 1st, and see if Audio will come back.
If so, then re-flash again to the latest BIOS with >>Forum UEFI Shell Flash Tool<<
