Audio Problem

Hi there, I have a problem with the audio, My laptop does recognize my hdmi, bluetooth, and plug in ports and devices, but i don´t have any audio on them. But I get clean audio on the laptop speakers... What can I do?

Allready reinstaled all the drivers.
