Maybe somebody from msi support can connect to your laptop with teamviewer and do the driver store explorer cleanup for you, if it's software related.
I forgot to mention that I had to go into the devices by driver menu and delete anything related to Realtek drivers in there too in order to get the latest driver to work properly. Didn't work until I made sure the MSI provided realtek driver was completely gone. Otherwise, it would continue to override the newer install. Was the case with me anyway. Dealt with this problem for 2 years, with zero help from MSI as they repeated the same suggestions over and over. My first MSI laptop and definitely going to be my last. This was an earlier suggestion that has not worked for me and some others. I just want to make very clear for people that this is still a problem after years, and MSI does not care. They're about to release a new line of laptops, and this is the level of quality you can expect. Go with another brand.
But I assume it will happen again and again. That's what's not happening on my gp76 anymore, after I cleaned up the driver store. But yet I haven't heard, that anybody else has done it. Imho it doesn't matter if notebooks with intels sound tech is affected or "only" nahimic with realtek or so. If it was possible to buy a new gp76 with bugged driver store, it's maybe not unlikely that others also need that cleanup as long as these strange driver problems persist.First time after one month today i see that volume is too low on my speakers. Try to optimize but nothing. Then, i m uninstall evey audio driver/softvare and install all latest drivers and Nahimic latest app from store. Now everything work very well again![]()
No. I got the exact response I told you I would get. Even though I complained during the warranty period and it's their fault it's still not fixed, they're saying I'm out of luck because the warranty has expired now.Maybe somebody from msi support can connect to your laptop with teamviewer and do the driver store explorer cleanup for you, if it's software related.
Yes I have tried all of that.Did you try to clean install the audio related drivers and software from MSI website?

As I know, the driver version and installation order might cause the issues or audio stability.
It is recommended to try drivers reinstallation or perform the factory setting restore. Please do not update the driver via windows update.
Can you record the behavior as a video for reference?Yes I have tried all of that.
Yes, I'll try to do that tomorrow. Can you record the behavior as a video for reference?
