Australia Customer Complaints?

Hi there,

Is anyone able to provide me with the contact information for customer service/complaints in Australia? Email or phone number is enough.
I’ve had rude and dismissive responses from their RMA team in regards to my 3090 GPU and I would like to follow up for a more satisfactory outcome.
Also, is it possible to get a copy of MSI’s global or local complaints policy/procedure?

Very disappointed - I’ve been a long time customer with MSI and this has really turned me off.

Appreciate any advice anyone has.
