Why is the AD bios the newest one on the support page? Is there a new bios coming out? Do I need to use AD, and not AH or something? Both work the same but I like the newer bios, if I ever reset my BIOS or do anything weird it's one less reboot to have secure boot on.

NO do nothing for now I will look into this do not use BIOS on MSI Website is to old
They may be doing a Update and have removed current BETA bios so they can update or someone goofed and hit the delete key by mistake.

I plan on doing nothing and keeping my AH BIOS installed. I was kind of hoping AH was the final BIOS and I wouldn't have to think about updating my BIOS again. We'll see I guess.

Hi there, I am trying to update the BIOS of my MSI B450 A PRO so a Ryzen 5 5600x will fit the MOBO. I am a confused about the file I need to do this. As I understand from the comment above the correct link was removed right? When I look at the tab compatibility on the MSI B450 A PRO product page I can see a Ryzen 5 5600x is compatibel and there is a ZIP file named: 7B86vAH.zip

--> can I use this file to update the MSI B450 A PRO?

They unlisted the latest BIOS versions for a lot of the boards, for unknown reasons. I think it might be that the servers are acting up, potentially offering outdated versions of some pages. On this page you can find the latest beta versions with the AGESA 1.2.0.7 that's necessary for the newest CPUs:

the AH bios is the newest version. Yes, you should use that version to add Zen 3 support so your 5600x works. If you use version AD, it won't work!
