I receive this warning message when trying to enable secure mode: System in Setup Mode! Secure Boot can be enabled when System in User Mode. Repeat operation after enrolling Platform Key(PK). What do I have to do?

Just update to the latest BIOS, it will enable it correctly for you by default. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PLUS/support

Update how-to:
1) Get the latest BIOS. It's the topmost one on the MSI support page for your board.
2) Extract the file and you will get a text file and the BIOS file. Put the BIOS file into the root folder of a USB stick/drive.
3) Enter the BIOS by pressing DEL during boot, go to "M-FLASH" in the BIOS.
4) Once M-Flash (the updater) is loaded, it will show a list of your drives. Select the USB stick and select the previously extracted BIOS file on there.
5) It will ask for confirmation and then update the BIOS. It's fully automatic from there, takes about two minutes.

My motherboard model is "B450 Gaming Plus", but in the downloads I don't find the exact model. I find "B450 Gaming Plus MAX" and "B450 Gaming Plus MAX WIFI". Should I choose the first one?

Thank you, I alreday did it, but unfortunately it didn't work. It still says me secure boot is disabled. I entered the new BIOS and efectively it was disabled. I changed from CSM to UEFI and then tried to enable secure boot manually, but doing that, when I reboot, the BIOS appears again. If I change to CSM I can enter windows again, but the secure boot option is disabled this way. What should I do now?

See here. Your Windows was installed with the BIOS in CSM mode, thus when you set the BIOS to UEFI mode, it expects the drive to be prepared differently, so then it won't boot. You have to do the MBR to GPT conversion for the boot drive now. Secure Boot requires UEFI mode, and Win11 also requires UEFI mode.
