B450 Tomahawk Max - TPM not available

Hi,

I updated to win 11 ages ago and had to change TPM settings to do so. Today I noticed I can no longer update win 11 as 'compatible TPM cannot be found'

I have:
updated BIOS
reset CMOS by shorting JBAT
updated chipset drivers
turned tpm settings on and off of auto ( now set back to auto and bios says tpm 2.0 is a-ok)

Specs:

Device name DESKTOP-75JO7MQ
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB

Please help!

Could you specify the mainboard's BIOS version? Is it the latest 7C02v3J or 7C02v3K2?
Is the TPM came from CPU firmware TPM or it is TPM module connected to the mainboard?
