HELP REQUIRED - Cannot flash a new BIOS from the Beta BIOS:

I received the B450M Bazooka V2 card, and installed a temporary  2600.

Going on MSI BIOS site for the card  I see:
" New Beta Bios for serie 3000 "

Download and install, as per usual.
(the 3600 is still in delivery status)

When I return on the MSI BIOS card page and scroll down...
... Lo!     the existing BIOS was already for the 3600 !!!
What a garbage is the Beta... I set the Fan and it dont keep the setting. Cannot save profile ...
My RAM @3200  is running @2400 - no XMP  -  ouch!

OK take it easy....  Flash the previous BIOS ....
But that's not working:
the Beta just ask where is "the file" and when you click the right USB "cannot find BIOS file - reboot"

Tried to rename it MSI.rom and put it in the main USB stick dir, no way.

The USB is the same used to flash the Beta, 4G, Fat32 ...

Any Idea how to get out of this mess, please?

Alain

(just wondering why MSI put that BETA note on a card born with an 3000 ready BIOS)

Have you tried putting the Bios File only? i also have problems like this before on my b350m bazooka when i updated to beta, the new bios flash in beta don't read flash drives with folders.
Try putting the .1LP file only no folders just the file.. hope it helps.

UPDATE:

MSI support came with no explanation and answered "RMA the motherboard".

I had two of them... send it back. For one  asked  to a payed switch: got a more expensive to a Mortar b450.
Both new mother boards have no problem with R5 3600 and that's fine.

May be there was a failed production lot and they knew that.

Alain

PS: cant remember the beta number... it was the last posted on MSI at that time.
