When I input a MIC to the MIC input, my voice is heard through my speaker.
The actions taken are listed below. How can I solve this?

3_4_G_E_.jpg

4-pole 3-pole conversion gender used (PC uses earphones),
The gender and earphones worked fine on the company desktop.

Work performed
1. Recording Device -> Right-click and click Show Disabled Devices, Stereo Mix Disabled.
2. Microphone Properties -> Listening -> Uncheck Listen to this device.
3. Microphone properties -> Improvement function -> Noise suppression, acoustic echo cancellation check.
4. Realtek HD Audio Manager -> Microphone Effects -> Noise suppression, acoustic echo cancellation check.
5. Realtek HD Audio Manager -> Advanced Device Settings -> Check Display same type of input jack as one input device.

You did pretty much everything i wanted to give you as a suggestion.... But " Listen to this device " is the only thing that should enable or disable that function and for some reason it`s not working for you.

Btw, which driver version are you using to have HD audio manager!? I downloaded audio driver from MSI site and no audio manager, just driver alone. Can you post download link pls?

I was on a business trip, so the confirmation was late.
I'll look it up in my personal cloud.
I'm keeping the drive in my personal cloud because of periodic OS reinstallation, so it's probably there.

If my memory is correct, I remember that the HD audio manager was also updated when the graphics card was upgraded.

This is the personal Google Drive link where the HD Audio Manager driver is stored.
