B650 EDGE WIFI BIOS 7E10v1N1 AGESA PI-1.3.0.1b - several pcie sata controller don't work anymore after update from bios 7E10v1M4 AGESA PI 1.2.0.3g

Hi all
I had bios version 7E10v1M4 AGESA PI 1.2.0.3g and after update to bios 7E10v1N2 AGESA PI-1.3.0.1b, the disks connectect to the pci-express controller inserted in PCI_E3 slot, stopped working.
Only switching back to the old bios version 7E10v1M4 (Beta version) fix the problem.
Tried to flash also other versions and the problem seems to start from version 7E10v1M6 AGESA PI-1.3.0.0.
The sata controller pci express card worked always very well since I bought the B650 Edge motherboard in April 2023, the chip of the controller is a Marvell 9130 SATA 6G.
Tried also another pcie card with a jmicron JMB36X but the problem remain the same.
In the event viewer there is this message:

My specs are:
CPU: 9800X3D
Mainboard: B650 Edge WiFi
GPU: MSI 4090 Gaming X Trio
RAM: 2x16GB G.Skill F5-6000J3038F16G
System Disk: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Controller SATA PCIE: Lindy 51403 with Marvell 9130 controller, please see the below link

Connected disk: any hard disk don't works at all with bios version 7E10v1N2 AGESA PI-1.3.0.1b, every hard disks work very well with bios version 7E10v1M4 AGESA PI 1.2.0.3g
All my tests were done at default settings with EXPO disabled.
I have also tried a Jmicron JMB36X sata controller but the problem and the solution remain the same.
It seems something was broken with new AGESA 1.3
