I am duplicating my previous post, as it has been almost 3 days, but no one from MSI has responded to me, although they used to respond within 1-2 days :(

After the latest Mystic Light update, when the computer wakes up from sleep mode, the backlight does not light up on all my MSI devices (mouse, keyboard, headphones, video card, motherboard) and not only (XPG RAM, Montech fans, ID Cooling liquid cooling), I use rainbow mode, but I tried other modes and the same thing happens, uninstalling and reinstalling the MSI Center program did not help, please fix this problem!

My video demonstrating this problem:

could you list down your RGB components and board? does it happen whenever the system wakes up from sleep? and have you tried hibernation?

Hello, yes, this happens every time I exit sleep mode and it started happening after the latest Mystic Light update, before it everything worked fine, I don't use hibernation mode, but if you need I can check with it too...
My components from MSI: MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS motherboard, MSI Vigor GK50 ELITE keyboard, MSI Clutch GM51 Lightweight Wireless mouse, MSI Immerse GH50 headphones, MSI GeForce RTX 4070 GAMING X TRIO graphics card. Other components: Four MONTECH RX 120 PWM reverse fans, MONTECH AX 120 PWM fan, ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D45G RGB RAM, ID-Cooling ZOOMFLOW 360XT cooling system.

And by the way, this happens not only when the PC goes into sleep mode, but also when all the RGB backlighting goes out.

MSI ppl. duplicated the issue, they are working on it.
Will update this topic when there is a solution available.
