I'm on quest to test all the demanding games on my steam library.
This time I tested Batman Arkham Origins, And I am gonna show you the good performance I get with the gtx 1060 Gaming model.
(I love my MSI gtx 1060. it looks and perform great)

I have been testing every game I can on the firs PC I have ever built, I posted some pictures of the MSI GPU on the unboxing forum.
Like I said I'm testing some games. The first game I tested was Rise of the tomb raider, if you are interested to know the performance I got with the msi gtx 1060.
please follow this link to thread I made, wich includes a youtube video of the benchmark, and of course, the results given.

I have also made a video of the performance I got playing the Battlefield 1 Beta, you can reed it here:

I made another topic about the performance I am getting while playing Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex Online
, no that game it is not too god, but it is fun sometimes. you can read it here:

And, the last game I made a benchmark video about, was running the Dolphin 5 Emulator, while playing one of the best 3d platform games:
Super Mario Galaxy, you can see the video and results here:

So here I am again, presenting you my full specs:
intel core i5 6500
nvidia gtx ms 1060 gaming (non- X Edition)
DDR4 2133 8 gb
HDD 7200 rpm Hitachi
MOBO is Gigabyte b150-hd3

The game is running on the "Overclock" preset from the msi gaming app.
I dont' have Batman Arkham Knight, (yet), but when I buy it, I will make a video of the performance I get.
Since I have not finished Arkham Origins, it may take a while.

The game is running at max settings, at 1080p, with High Physx enabled (on a single Gtx 1060 card, no extra physx card).
The settings are DX11 "enhanced".

Since there IS a "benchmark mode", I ran that first, and after that I played a little, made some cuts to the video, and uploaded to youtube.
The video is at 60 fps, and high quality, but keep in mind the youtube compressing.
also, keep in mind the 5% performance lost by using shadowplay.

I recorded a video with shadowplay and this is it:

As you can see on the video, There are no problems mantaining 60fps, while you're inside a building or closed area. like the "Story" levels/parts.
BUT when you are in the "world map", I get as low as 40 fps for a couple of seconds. this is mainly because of the physx, sice it is a very demanding feature, but it adds some extras like floating papers, smoke, airflow, etc.
if I disable it or set to to normal insted of high, I gain like 20-50 fps more (at least on the benchmark).

Some extra notes:
* if you want to play the game without any dips from 60 fps, disable physx, or set it to normal.
* even with hish physx, I normally get 70~fps.
* The game is really good, buy it if you like batman or the arkham games without any doubt.
* I already want to play Arkham Knight

If you have any question let me know
