Batteria sempre allo 0% e FPS mai superiori a 7

Buonasera
Sono un possessore di un notebook GP62 6QE Leopard Pro dal 2016, non mi ha mai dato problemi se non nell'ultimo periodo con la batteria che non si carica oltre lo 0% e quando provo ad avviare un gioco i Frame Per Secondo non salgono oltre 7/8.
Ho provato a controllare la batteria, cercando di fare una "calibrazione" tramite Dragon Center, ma non mi appare l'interfaccia completa con tutte le sue funzionalità e mi è quindi possibile fare la verifica della batteria.
Volendo ripristinare il funzionamento del mio Notebook per poter giocare, come posso fare?

Sorry for my previous post being in Italian, I'll write in English now.
I tried following the guides you suggested, but I'm still having problems with both Dragon Center and Battery Calibration + MSI Help Desk.
Dragon Quest still doesn't show me the calibration function, and Battery Calibration won't launch.
Is it possible that the 0% battery isn't detected?

Are you using Window 10 or 11? Maybe these software work with Win 10 only.
And you can try to export the battery report to check the battery status, by entering the command "powercfg / batteryreport"
 
Your battery is in very bad condition and on its last legs, probably going to die soon.
