I read below that playing Battlefield 1 is not what the player expected on player against the computer mode. After playing for many years on Battlefield (including the first Battlefield 1942), I agree to that unless you can get a new weapon by completing a mission. The multiplayer mode is really what has kept the game alive through the years. No two games are alike with 64 players (with different personalities  ) running around the map, and there is always new strategies popping up. That is why I have stayed on so long.

Playing this type of game will eventually make you think about building your own computer because it is so resource demanding (graphics card, motherboard, CPU). Through the years I have build 4 computers, and over time the builds are now easier to build. The most recent I am using a MSI Gamer Pro Carbon Motherboard, MSI Radeon RX 580, WD Black M.2, and the new Ryzen 1700X cpu. The game play on BF1 using the new build is really nice for the price, and shows all the details from the explosions all the way to the solders running through the mud. I you are frame rate crazy :worship:  , I might point out that BF1 is locked on 60 fps, and you have to unlock it on the game controls to allow your computer to go faster during the game. I am sure there has been a lot of players who built a new computer and realized they were getting the same old frame rate on BF1 not knowing this. Even at a continuous 60 fps on my build (never wavers on Ultra), I can hardly tell the difference with faster frame rate when I set it up higher. The cooling in the case is a lot more manageable at the frame rate set where there is very little more improvement to the game. Some want to max it out, never understood that. If your use the M.2, they do heat up more located on the MB under the graphics card.

Through the years, the most important thing to multiplayer gaming is a very good internet connection, that can have a major impact to your multi gaming.

I was never a big fan of Battlefield or Call of Duty but battlefield 1 looks really well made. I found it for $15 copy at this link https://www.dealscube.com/listing/battlefield-1-pc-deluxe-edition-download-video-game-windows-computer/25511?gclid=Cj0KCQjwiLDMBRDFARIsACNmiX9miGbWOP9BlMK6vc77fea7TUKBdZnW-j_vS05mA-GkSe0gGzNsKwoaAtx8EALw_wcB

Battlefield 1 is pretty different from other FPS games even other Battlefields. Had the same feeling about my pc where I really wanted to do a complete upgrade of my system but want to wait a couple more years.
