Best Nvidia control panel settings

I have a 2070 super trio, and today I changed the motherboard to a z690-plus WiFi d4. 32gb ram and i5 12600k core. I am trying to find an updated list of recent Nvidia control settings as for some reason the ones I had set have defaulted. Can anyone advise
