BETA EC for GT60 0NX (16F3) & GT70 0NX (1762) Laptops (0NE, 0ND, 0NC)

I flashed T17 version on a gt70 0nd with a 675mx. My gpu VDDC still drops from 1.0370V to 1.0120V within a few minutes of running a heavy game/benchmark. This stops me overclocking as much as I could as it gives me a display driver failed error when the voltage drops. Can this be fixed using a VBIOS mod?

bios ver- E16F3IMS.30O
EC VER- 16F3MS1 VerT.16
The graphics card temps is soo god (no increase of 76 C) but throttling issue present on all temp inc. 45 C! :-(
*Thermal paste and thermopad are change on brand new(mx2)
Please, help...

I have been facing massive fps drops in any game. i usually play CS:GO and BF4. and i experience the same problem in both games. I have tried tons of ways to fix this issue, but nothing has helped me yet.
i will list what all i have tried till now.
1. upgraded from win 7 to win 8.1
2. tried multiple versions of Nvidia drivers 320.49, 326.41 Beta, 327.23, 331.93 and the latest one too 332.21
3. Updated by bios from E1762IMS.10C to E1762IMS.10U
4. Tried unparking the cpu
5. tried emptying the Standby list using RamMap
but nothing has helped at all.

For flashing you can >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<,
mode 1 point to bios archive file
when preparation is done, reboot your computer and boot from your USB key,
then pickup option 2. proceed with update
If you have troubles booting from the USB key,
use Tool's "Fix My USB key" option, before the preparation of the USB key

The app was looking for the .zip file and i had to change it to .rar from the drop down menu. sometimes the brain does not want you to proceed without being stupid.

2. after the USB is installed with the EC, the application counts down from 10. and after the countdown a BSOD pops up.
both of these said "BAD_POOL_HEADER"

Hello guys,i have same problem of power throttling in tomb raider 2013.my temp reach 90 graus gpu and cpu 70/73 graus in gaming but i see in fraps 55/60 fraps here but i dont know why keep slow in game.
i have afraid of flash this bios and cause brick system. my notebook is msi gt60 one-403us with gtx 680m and windows 8.the bios system is E16F3IMS.50U and i never flashed other bios.
out of curiosity I downloaded 16F3.T17 this post and appeared two folders'' win'' and'' dos'', I clicked paste'' win'' and appeared bios and some more files with the program winflash.exe.i can flash bios for this way from winflash directc in windows 8 or i need flash go in dos using usb pendrive?

i have fear of brick!i have experience with alienware and have solution easy if brick with bios of system,just put bios in pendrive and press button end and power laptop and start process of flashing but msi i dont have knowledge if have some solution of brick.
you have experience with flashing bios in gt60 one svet?in this post of warner he only speak about flashing dos,because i am here.
